|Course Description||The program is designed for students in 4th grade which allows them to closely read and analyze age-appropriate classic literature. In these classes, students will study these literature thoughtfully and critically, pick up significant details and identify patterns, and develop a deep and precise understanding of the form, craft, and meaning of a text. Our highly experienced teacher then trains the students to incorporate what they learned from close reading into their own writing.|
|Teacher||Ms. Aliza from Brighter Bee Academy
Ms. Aliza has proudly been an educator for the past 15 years in New York City. She has been with a top 2 gifted and talented school for the last 13 years. She has earned a Masters in Elementary Education from Hunter College, and a Masters in Literacy Education from Mercy College. Aliza is so excited to begin this new endeavor where she looks forward to making the bees at Brighter Bee Academy even brighter!
